More international guests are on their way as Daniel and Mirra from Perennial Plate will be arriving on the 8th of March to spend three days in Allariz and the area as part of their international video project. They will be filming in the area to put together a short glimpse of food and life in Galicia. Daniel and Mirra are Perennial Plate;  an online weekly documentary series dedicated to socially responsible and adventurous eating.  Daniel Klein is a chef and  his culinary education brought him to Spain, France, England, India and New York, where he has worked and trained at top Michelin starred restaurants including The Fat Duck (Heston Blumenthal), St. John (Fergus Henderson), Mugaritz (Andoni Luis Aduriz), Bouchon (Thomas Keller), Applewood (David Shea) and Craft (Tom Collichio).  After graduating from NYU, Daniel also pursued a career in film. Mirra Fine is co-Producer, Cameragal, Assistant Editor and a marketing whizz having worked at some of New York’s top marketing firms, (including J Walter Thompson and Kirshenbaum Bond), and for the City of New York. She is also  a graphic designer and freelance writer.
